We have clarified the cancellation and return policy and put in place a clear declaration before the purchase process that the customer agrees to, as the return process for products such as fish is very difficult because they have a special preservation method and come from far away places. Therefore, we apologize for returning or canceling except in the following cases:

• The customer has the right to return if he receives an incorrect order. It must be kept with the customer in a cold place and he will be compensated for it.
• The customer has the right to cancel one hour after the payment date, and after that he has no right to cancel the order.
• The value of the order executed by credit cards or bank checks will be refunded through the customer’s bank account within (21) business days.
• If the return process is accepted, a value will be deducted from the return process, which is the value of the bank transaction 2.2 + riyals for each transaction + the delivery value. (Meaning that the delivery value is not refundable)

You must request a (return) via WhatsApp from here within one hour from the date the request arrives (if the request contains notes)

The customer must know that the order cannot be canceled after paying the amount under any circumstances, and if he does not receive the goods at the time of the representative’s arrival, the order will be canceled and the amount cannot be refunded.

Fish delivery as shown in the main banner on the site:

• The order begins on Saturday. The orders close on Thursday. The implementation begins on the following Saturday. It is delivered on Sunday - Monday - Tuesday and until Thursday, depending on the arrival of our trucks to the main cities refrigerated. It is received by our representative and delivered to the customer’s location. If it is not delivered, please contact us via WhatsApp . An exception to this is (some areas where the customer receives it from the shipping company branch and the customer must go immediately to receive it).

Delivery and shipping:

• Orders are delivered to the selected cities, and if the customer is outside the city, an agreement is made with the representative to deliver the order for an external amount, according to the representative’s approval.
• Sometimes we are affected by weather conditions, so customer orders may be delayed.
• The minimum order amount is 300 riyals.
• The weight of fish and shrimp is calculated before cleaning and peeling. If you want to receive the product without cleaning, please let us know.
• After removing the skin and bones and peeling the shrimp, the net amount of fish and shrimp will be approximately half a kilo of meat
• In some cities, the process of receiving from the shipping company is mentioned, where the customer receives the fish from the shipping company’s location.
